I usually order an XL in a blouse, dress or shirt. It is tricky to order some items because XL is SO much bigger. Then I have to return for a smaller size.I love that! Sometimes there is no smaller size. (this is not a complaint,just a comment.) Is there any way to say 'this item runs large" in the description?
more selection of color and items would be nice; lower prices on t-shirts.custumer service is wonderful! thank you so much!

I purchased my daughter, who had just had breast reduction surgery, a gift card so she could buy pretty new bras to fit her pretty new size. She was ecstatic. She will surely put it to good use. I know she will always pretty lingerie at Victoria's Secret, but can't afford it for herself. It is always a special treat when I buy her a gift card.

Love it! I was able to redeem my Secret Rewards Card at 11:30pm, before the offer expired. As a bonus I was able to get free shipping and a free pair of panties.My shopping experience online was fabulous!

I do not like the fact that items are only available on-line and that your shipping charges are excessive. VS should offer free shipping and in-store pickup similar to REI or Macy's. Shipping charges, if any, should be minimal and based on package weight, not the value of the contents. The actual product is fine.
I am not happy with the fact that items available online are not available in your stores. I found that out after making a couple of trips to stores looking for the item. That fact, coupled with the high shipping charge, makes me very dissatisfied with your company. There should be an option for free shipping to a store for in store pickup-as available from other retailers such as Macys, REI to name a couple. I have purchased many items from VS over the years. The quality is usually good-I have no complaints about that.

This is the best website I know of for ordering swimwear-in terms of variety, prices and services. The nicest bikinis I own (and the ones I get the most compliments on!) are from VS. This has been my bathing suit go-to site for years and always will be

I ordered 14 panties and was disappointed that I ended up with 5 and my mom ended up with the rest since some were big and some were cut smaller. I would buy again but hopefully my next experience would be better or maybe I'll try to find a store instead.

Love the VS fragrance rollerballs but wish they have them available in more fragrances than they do now.
First online purchase. Would have been a breeze but had trouble with the offer code. Didn't want to accept info. Had to call the 800 number. The associate was very patient and pleasant and helped me with my problem and assisted me through my order. I was finished in no time.
