I like my purchase but with all the birthstones put on the family tree necklace, looks somewhat overcrowded in person. Some of the birthstones don't really look the color they are supposed to be.

I ordered the kids personalized ice cream cups. One for Ezra and the other for Abigail. For a special niece and nephew. Great quality and overall satisfied with my purchase.

I received the wrong item. I ordered a boy's christening bib and received a girl's one. I'm glad I decided to open it before giving it as a gift. I received the correct item in a timely manner so I had the correct bib in time.
Shipping fees are too high which is why I won't order from this company again. Products are reasonably priced but with shipping, it's a poor overall cost.

I was very happy with my purchase and my granddaughter loved seeing her name on the item. It would have been nice to have a velvet-type lining in the bottom of the box.
I like the personalized concept - especially for dates you want remembered. I feel they should give some clue up front how much the shipping (by weight or value?) and handling costs will amount to rather than suprise you at the very end.
