Leather collars are cheesy and of poor quality. Metal attachments are weak and fall out.Order delivered promptly.

My order was placed on April 22 and received on May 6 - My phone call was taken by an answering machine, I left my phone number and was not contacted. I sent an email and there was no response to that either. Pony express from Boston to New Jersey would have been a lot faster.

Your agent taht I called went way out of his way to answer my question about the product that I purchased (ass egg) and called the manufacturer to get my question answered. I asked a technical question of the male rep who I failed to get his name (me bad). He got the diameters of the new product, hence I am now ordering.
