I wass not prepared to have to assemble/build my garden tuteur. NO detail of that in the purchase. Nor were there directions to do so.

Easy online order system. Site has great photos of their items for sale.

when I ordered, it said I would receive in 2 days, 2 days later an e-mail came that my order would be canceled because of availability.

It took them 15 days just to let me know that the weed killer I ordered was not going to be sent. The weeds were a foot tall by them and I had to begin the order process over with someone else.

The product says it is a "wall" container yet it is round. How do you hang it on a wall? Shouldn't it be flat?

I will not deal with Garden.com again. I ordered a spray compound and waited 2 weeks for delivery. When I inquired about delivery they cancelled the order due to unavailability. I received no other explanation, no notice until I asked, and no indication that they cared at all. The spray compound is time sensitive and now I may not be able to apply it until next year.Their business practices are shoddy and unprofessional, and I will find another vendor who does a better job.
