I absolutely LOVE my curtains! THey are much better than I had ever anticipated!
This is my first time here and I was absolutely thrilled!

wish my order would not take so long to ship

I place my order on line 4/23/13 base on what they said 2 or 3 business day for delivery on 4/26/13 i called customer service to check the status of my order being that i didn't get no email confirmation & i was told they didn't had in stock most of my items, customer service was real ruled the best she could do to help was to cancel my order....wish that wasn't what i wanted then i called bedbathstore to see if they could help me out that's when i was told they were waiting for it to come over seas...that it will take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive instead of 2 to 3 business day so off course i am not pleased w/the comunication & i was again told that the best they could do its to cancel my order or send me have of my items them after that 's when i received an email confirmation not satisfy w/the comunication but yes i received have of my item wish i have to say love it... today is 5/3/13 still waiting on the rest of my item...

I was very impressed with the prices and amount of merchandise to choose from. Easy to use the site.

The product which was delivered was of poor quality. The instructions explaining how to return the item was in poor ink quality, so the printing was blurry and I could not read them and had to invest more time in tracking down how to contact customer service.

The products I bought were gifts for a good friend. The product has defective suction cups, the one end of them does not want to lay down & when you stand on them in the shower, they hurt your feet! They also came with a slip of paper that said that all sales were final & no returns would be accepted! Total disappointment!

We ordered curtains from this store about a month ago. Every time we've contacted them about the order status we're told they will ship in a few days. Today when we called they couldn't even give us a status.

the curtains could not be ironed ...very wrinkled...had to dry clean and have pressed for 20.00 per pair

An on-line order was placed and debited from my dda account. The email said expected shipping in 3 to 4 days. Waited 1 to 2 weeks with no response. I went to online banking to get phone # to call. Very helpful and said would be shipped out in 3 days. Still took an additional week. Poor communication!
