Springstar promotion is loved and am waiting for another one that was a while ago, one in which the freight for BRAZIL was only $ 4 (can not remember the exact amount, more eraum very low price). Good product fast on time delicery
I am a first time user but I am over all very Satisfied with my Purchase and the price.

A little after I was expecting to have the product in hand, eStarland told me that the product was out of stock. I needed to know that when I first purchased it so that I could buy it from someone else and still get it on time. I tried to contact customer support and ask them how long until the product would be available but I either did it wrong or they never replied.

I was selling items in the store. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The rep told me they were backed up and it would take a while to get to my order. That seemed fair as they had a very long line. However, as the line got shorter and shorter and closing time came closer and closer, it became obvious that they had little interest in helping me. At first I was interested in store credit, but after being brushed off and given ample time to think about my finances at home (bills and whatnot) I decided to take the cash instead. I eventually went back to the counter to see what was going on, but the reps told me again to stand aside and let other customers go ahead of me. This is at least two hours after they made me fill out my own order at an in-store computer. The reps didn't bother getting to me until more than a half an hour after closing.The amount you pay for games, and the selection of old school games you provide is top notch, your Costumer Service leaves a lot to be desired.
Customer service was slow.

It has great prices and products, but sometimes packages are missed or take almost 2 months to arrive.

Estarland is the best place to go for the games you buy. They have games that no one else sales in the u.s. I like the Japanese culture so its grate that now I can buy games that are made for japan. Its also helping me to learn the Japanese language cause now I have to figure out what the words are giving me good experience with the language. The game I bought was Ikku for the psp its a final fight style fighting game. These type of fighting games are my favorite but their rare in the u.s. because most gaming review companies don't like them so they always give them a bad review only rpg and fps get good reviews. But anyway the game was new and untouched and delivered in 2 days. I've also ordered used games from estarland and each used game came clean and scratch free. I give estarland the 100% check here first. Estarland will save you time and money.
