I am not happy that I had to pay for shipping when originally the order was taken there shipping was FREE. Then the called and wanted to charge $32.00 so I said to cancel. Then they came down to $16.00. I don't like this kind of game that you played.

Older model all in one and INGRABBER still offers These dell injet cartridges. I realize that time will take it's toll, but as I eveolveto modernization, not having these available is understood.Thanks good people.

So far I have been very pleased with ordering. I have just today installed the cartridge so I will monitor it to see if it prints the amount of pages advertised. The price was excellent in comparison and, if all goes well, I will be ordering again.
This is my first purchase of ink so I have no definite information in many categories.

I've been using you for a while so I've saved a lot of money and only one cartridge didn't work.
I've used several times now. I print a lot of photos and promotional materials for a non profit. Only once have I had an ink cartridge not work.

My order #0094976 customer #01-1091I ordered and received 3 cartridges. I was out of yellow so I installed the cartridge. after installation, I noticed a greyish powder had spilled out. When I took the cartridge out and looked at it, the bottom had cyan powder still on it. It appears they reused a cyan cartridge and filled it with yellow. The box was marked yellow and the cartridge was marked yellow. But the real problem occurred when I called to get a replacement and was told that i had to send it back FIRST! Because I had already been out of the yellow for 5 days, I was forced to use the corrupted cartridge. I asked for the manager and was told they had just left for lunch. I asked for the manager to call me back. To date no call!!!!

I was very happy to see the product could be purchased as a remanufactored product at a lower cost to a new one. The Tracking information was confusing and not really a help except to let me know it had shipped. I was pleasantly pleased of the arrival, I had thought it would take longer. Overall experience was good and I will return.
You asked when I expect it, I just put something because it really did not say when. I hope it will be less than 2 weeks. I may have missed it, but It would be nice to have a specific time period. I was pleased to have a chose between the new and manufactured. I rarely use my fax and to pay to much would seem like a waste. As is I am saving over $10.00 ordering it from here.

if the ink lasts as long as my usual toner I will be a customer for life I've already recommended you to another office

havent had a chance to use the ink yet. So can't answer all questions of satisfaction until I see they work ok
1st time using Inkgrabber. Would have preferred to do survey after received the items to better answer all questions.

I have not used the ink cartridges yet so I do not know how good the quality is.
